About The Position

Wilmington Hospital, a landmark since 1890, is a fully modernized facility serving as ChristianaCare’s corporate headquarters. This 321-bed hospital provides high-quality healthcare in the heart of Wilmington. The Emergency Department features a Level III Trauma Center and is a participating trauma hospital in the Delaware Trauma System. It also has a helipad with aero-medical transport capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join this dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department with significant growth potential, recognized Magnet Status, and a choice between a higher incentive rate or comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required.
• BLS required.
• ALCS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Emergency Department with a helipad with aero-medical transport capabilities.
