About The Position

Bethlehem Woods is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time day and evening shifts and a part-time evening shift. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and support excellent senior care. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership that promotes teamwork, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and interpersonal communication that contributes to a respectful, positive work environment. Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
