About The Position

The Gardens at Park Pointe is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time hours. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The RN will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Excellent written and oral communication skills
