Full-Time Registered Nurse (12 hour Weekend Night shift)
About The Position
Forest Hills of DC is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate care for assigned residents. This role involves documenting nursing interventions and resident responses, communicating with physicians and other healthcare team members, and providing direct oversight to Care Partners to ensure quality of care. The nurse will also develop short and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the District of Columbia
- Current CPR license
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate care for assigned residents.
- Document nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.
- Communicate information to physician and other Health Team members.
- Provide direct oversight for Care Partners, ensuring quality of care.
- Develop short and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.
