Requirements

  • Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing
  • BLS certification required
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to high‑quality, resident‑focused care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare setting
  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, policies, and quality standards
  • Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful care environment
