St. Mary Home Care has a full-time opening for a Primary Care Nurse for Home Care services for the Langhorne, Newtown and greater Bucks area. Home Care RN needed for St. Mary's. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll provide in-home skilled nursing care to patients by developing personalized care plans, administering medications and supporting recovery and independence. Whether you're experienced in home health or coming from an acute care setting, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a more independent, patient-focused environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of PA
• One (1) year experience as a professional care nurse
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a weekend rotation once monthly & 2 holidays annually
