About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Ortho Neuro Trauma unit at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, Ok. The position is PRN (as needed) and involves night shifts. The nurse will implement and monitor patient care plans, monitor and record patient condition, serve as a primary coordinator for patient care across disciplines, and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
