Registered Nurses (RNs) -FULL & PART-TIME
About The Position
Generations at Applewood is seeking RNs with at least 1-2 years of experience in skilled nursing or LTACH settings. This role is not for new graduates due to staffing needs on the Complex Care/Respiratory Unit. We offer new opportunities for Full-Time or Part-Time Night shifts (11p-7a), including every other weekend. The pay rate is $40-44 per hour, depending on benefits selected, with an additional $2/HR BONUS when assigned to the Respiratory/Complex Care Unit and a $2/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for Evenings and NOC shifts. We also offer On Demand Pay. Generations at Applewood is a beautiful 24-hour rehabilitation and skilled nursing community offering quality healthcare services. The facility was recently remodeled and features a 30-bed short-term rehab-to-home unit as well as longer-term care units. The responsibilities of the Registered Nurse are consistent with those of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Illinois.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in a Nursing Home or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
