About The Position

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our noc shift team. In this role, you will help lead and support clinical care throughout the night while ensuring residents receive safe, high quality care in a calm and supportive environment. Requirements

  • Current RN license in the State of Oregon
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, patient centered approach to care
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Current RN Licensure in the State employed
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to complete and clear all state specific background check requirements prior to contact with residents/patients.

Nice To Haves

  • Long term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
  • BSN preferred
  • Six months of experience in a long term care environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality nursing care to residents and patients
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
  • Complete charting, assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during the shift
  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions when needed
  • Help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout the night
  • Communicate with residents, families, providers, and team members professionally and compassionately
  • Follow all federal, state, facility, and company regulations and nursing standards
  • Help maintain a positive and team focused work environment
