About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in Indiana to provide skilled, individualized care in clients’ homes in Fort Wayne and nearby communities. This role allows nurses to apply their clinical judgment in a one-on-one setting, supported by a 24/7 clinical team, flexible scheduling, and consistent weekly pay. Fast-track hiring and overnight shift incentives are available. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with diverse acuity and clinical needs, fostering meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care. Opportunities are available in Fort Wayne, Huntington, Ossian, and surrounding areas, as well as throughout Central and Northwestern Indiana, including Indianapolis and Valparaiso.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, individualized care in clients’ homes
