Registered Nurses (RNs) provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health programs. Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas.
  • Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical assessments and recognize changes in patient condition.
  • Proficiency in administering medications and treatments safely.
  • Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience gathering information through record search and interviews
  • Ability to review information, make informed decisions based on information gathered and current laws and policies
  • Time management and Organizational skills
  • Residential Care experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Complete on site inspections of Residential and Adult day treatment facilities.
  • Extensive overnight travel to counties in Northeast and Southeast inspection locations.
  • Complete observations, interviews, record reviews, collect evidence, read, understand, apply state any applicable regulations.
  • Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
  • Develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and wellness practices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care teams to plan and implement care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with health regulations.
