Requirements

Current, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Comfortable navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR) and digital clinical documentation.
Strong communication and delegation skills to effectively lead and support your floor team.
RN License, CPR

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience in a Skilled Nursing (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting (Experienced RNs and New Grads are both welcome!).
A solid grasp of modern infection control and best practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Charge Nurse, mentoring and directing the CNA staff to ensure the highest standard of daily resident care.
Perform thorough, high-level patient evaluations, recognizing subtle changes in condition and implementing immediate, life-enhancing interventions.
Develop and lead personalized care goals focused on maximizing resident independence and successful recovery.
Actively collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate holistic, "whole-person" care strategies.
Safely and accurately manage complex medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Uphold gold-standard infection control and environmental safety protocols to protect our community.
