About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for infant/pediatric/adult/geriatric care to join our Monmouth County Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for full-time, part-time, or per diem work with no minimum hour requirements. The position involves providing hands-on, one-on-one care to a single client in their home, building relationships, and monitoring their progress. Responsibilities include following doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, and documenting observations and interventions.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing in the state
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Provide hands-on care with one client
