About The Position

We are looking for someone to be available to be on-call outside of normal business hours to take calls for our hospice department and triage patients, but also be available to make a visit if there is a need to our patients in their home setting. This position is considered part-time and will be on-call, generally from 8:00am Saturday to 8:00am Monday. Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities in Roseville, MN offers a wide variety of home care ranging from skilled nursing, physical therapy and other licensed health care services, which help with the every day tasks that let people continue living at home where they are most comfortable. Additionally, we provide hospice care in the home that can make loved ones as comfortable as possible and provide support to the family, allowing them to concentrate on spending quality time together. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a RN in the state of MN.
• License is active and in good standing.
• Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
• CPR Certification
• Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, reference checks, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities
