RN Weekend Only Nights ICU
About The Position
Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Intensive Care Unit. This is a part-time position with 24 hours per week, specifically for night shifts (7pm-7am) on weekends only (WOW). The role involves direct, comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet patient, family, and co-worker needs. The ICU is a 16-bed adult medical unit caring for patients with stroke, sepsis, shock states, and respiratory failure. New graduate RNs are welcome. This position offers premium pay for WOW shifts and is eligible for a sign-on bonus for experienced external candidates.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
- ACLS certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).
- NIHSS Stroke Certification required (Obtained within 10 weeks of hire).

Responsibilities
