Responsibilities
- Assess new patients within 8 hours of admission.
- Provide individualized nursing care as directed by physicians.
- Manage medication administration, ensuring daily monitoring and proper storage.
- Actively participate in the interdisciplinary formulation of treatment plans.
- Dictate and write progress notes for one-on-one and group sessions per established policies.
- Coordinate risk management activities aimed at minimizing injuries and promoting health for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Complete and sign all necessary admission paperwork and documentation in line with legal and hospital guidelines.
