Responsibilities

  • Assess new patients within 8 hours of admission.
  • Provide individualized nursing care as directed by physicians.
  • Manage medication administration, ensuring daily monitoring and proper storage.
  • Actively participate in the interdisciplinary formulation of treatment plans.
  • Dictate and write progress notes for one-on-one and group sessions per established policies.
  • Coordinate risk management activities aimed at minimizing injuries and promoting health for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Complete and sign all necessary admission paperwork and documentation in line with legal and hospital guidelines.
