Registered Nurse
About The Position
As a DaVita Registered Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, supporting the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of patients. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of clinicians, using critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care. Dialysis experience is not necessary, and paid training is provided. The role requires open availability Monday through Saturday, between 4:00 AM and 7:00 PM; hours may extend based on patient needs. A typical schedule consists of three 12–13-hour shifts per week. A $5,000 retention package is offered. The wage range is $42.00–$59.00 per hour; compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
- At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
- Strong assessment, time-management, and communication skills.
- Minimum 9 months of RN experience.
Nice To Haves
- CNN certification.
- Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg.
Responsibilities
