About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Rosewalk Village, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, contributing to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. The role emphasizes supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication to help provide excellent, coordinated resident care and maintain a respectful, positive work environment. The position is full-time, with evening and night shifts.

Requirements

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
