About The Position
BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing Team. They emphasize delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. The office offers a comprehensive onboarding and training experience, including a paid first day with team introductions, schedule discussions, and meetings with a clinical educator for training needs. Paid orientation includes SIM lab training, documentation training, fit testing, and ID badge completion. New nurses will also have an orientation with an experienced BAYADA nurse in the client's home to ensure comfort and fit. The office hosts regular nurse appreciation events throughout the year.
Requirements
- Graduations for an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly documents doctors’ orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
- Document observations, interventions and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
