About The Position
Sangre de Cristo Community Care is looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at our Joni Fair Hospice House in Pueblo, CO. Sangre de Cristo Community Care is the Southern Colorado leader in enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the integrity of individuals and their families in need of supportive or end-of-life services by offering symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion. As a Hospice RN, you will be an essential part of our team, providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during a crucial time. You will enjoy a 1:10 patient ratio, ensuring you can provide individualized attention to those in your care.
Requirements
- Valid non-restricted nursing license in the state of Colorado
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice or home health experience preferred

- Providing individualized attention to patients with a 1:10 patient ratio.
