About The Position
Atlantic Health System’s Hire Learner Nurse Residency Program is one year focused on building a solid foundation for your nursing career. The program includes classroom, simulation, and unit-based preceptorship while focusing on the continuum of care. Requirements
- Non-BSN graduates will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of employment
- All participants are asked to agree to a 2-year employment commitment at Atlantic Health System
- An official transcript and two letters of recommendation from nursing instructors will be required once you are in the interview process
