About The Position
Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses in New Mexico to provide in-home healthcare services to people who have served the country. Nurses build one-on-one relationships with patients and help enhance clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. Nurses create their own schedules and provide care in clients’ homes. The role calls for strong communication and interpersonal skills, respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences, and a commitment to promoting client safety and following agency policies and procedures. Paid mentorship is offered for newly licensed graduates. The stated standard rate is $42.00–$44.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or states of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB test.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting or equivalent is preferred; newly licensed graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Paid mentorship is offered to newly licensed graduates.
- TB test reimbursement may be available.
