About The Position

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Experience in patient evaluation and health monitoring

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing evaluations of patient health needs, record medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, perform treatments (e.g., wound care, injections), and closely monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop, evaluate, and adjust individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on disease prevention, health maintenance, medication management, and at-home care procedures.
• Respond to rapidly evolving medical situations, provide immediate emergency aid, and triage patients effectively.
