Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Active, unrestricted Nevada RN license.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care and other treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records, monitor patients closely, and escalate changes in condition as needed.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and ensure patient confidentiality.
