About The Position
Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina. We offer a supportive culture and are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and make a meaningful impact every day. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
- Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
- Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
