About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting. The nurse helps ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being while working in a fast-paced environment alongside a clinical care team. This is a full-time opportunity in Conway, Arkansas, with 12-hour shifts, two Saturdays per month, and start times as early as 4:30 a.m. and end times as late as 8:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Basic EKG interpretation skills.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, as stated in the posting summary.
• 2 or more years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CNN certification.

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
