About The Position
Brushy Creek Post Acute is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Greer, South Carolina, featuring a unique campus with 12 cottage-style homes, each accommodating 12 residents with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces. The facility offers a highly structured and supportive environment with 24/7 on-site leadership, ideal for nurses who value teamwork, consistency, and strong clinical support. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care within the cottage-style units, playing a key leadership role in coordinating care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, individualized attention.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Ability to remain active throughout shift (walking between cottages required)

Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
- Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
- Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
