About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Telemetry/Dialysis Park Ridge, IL Full time; 7a-7p Where You Will Work: 46 bed unit specializing in Medical Telemetry/Dialysis; provides nursing care to patients with variety of complex medical cardiac diagnosis related to renal, GI, GU, Diabetes, Detox; including peritoneal and hemodialysis. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience on medical telemetry unit or med/surg unit
