About The Position
Aurora Glendale is a 100-bed free‑standing Level 1 acute psychiatric facility in Arizona, providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care for adults and adolescents experiencing psychiatric or substance‑use challenges. We're growing and excited to welcome Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about mental health and dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Experienced RNs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Passionate about mental health
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional care
- Willing to work a 12-hour minimum of 4 shifts per month

Responsibilities
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
- Educating patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
- Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high‑quality care
