About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Harrison Terrace, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, contributing to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed residents’ needs.
Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
Work toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
Support a respectful and positive work environment.
Manage medications proficiently.
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
