Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Requirements
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Community Oncology Program of Saskatchewan trained
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be flexible and willing to change
- Applicants must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
