About The Position
The Registered Nurse independently uses the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic, and efficient care to a group of patients in accordance with policies and procedures. The nurse delivers individualized, quality patient care through a coordinated team approach involving physicians, staff, other departments, patients, and patients’ families. The role complies with the California Nurse Practice Act, Article 2, Section 2725 of the Business and Professions Code.
Responsibilities
- Independently utilize the nursing process to care for a group of patients safely, therapeutically, and efficiently.
- Deliver individualized quality patient care through coordination with physicians, staff, other departments, patients, and patients’ families.
