About This Role: Collaborative Mission: Partner with LiFT (Learning Independence for Tomorrow) to provide healthcare support to students with neurodiverse needs, enhancing their academic and personal growth. Community-Centric Approach: Actively contribute to Evara Health’s mission of serving underserved populations by delivering critical healthcare services at LiFT’s campus during the school year and supporting the wider community in our clinics during school breaks. Holistic Care Focus: Align your nursing expertise with Evara Health’s integrated care model, combining primary care and other services to make a meaningful impact. Dynamic Role: Gain diverse professional experiences, balancing onsite school-based care with clinical duties in Evara Health’s broader network during off-peak times. Empowerment: Play a key role in fostering an inclusive environment at LiFT by addressing the health needs of students and ensuring their well-being as they pursue independence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
Responsibilities
- Provide healthcare support to students with neurodiverse needs at LiFT's campus.
- Deliver critical healthcare services at LiFT's campus during the school year.
- Support the wider community in Evara Health's clinics during school breaks.
- Align nursing expertise with Evara Health’s integrated care model.
- Balance onsite school-based care with clinical duties in Evara Health’s broader network during off-peak times.
- Address the health needs of students and ensure their well-being.
