About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for the Emergency Room Unit and its patients, as directed by the designated position. The nurse provides the best possible patient care through prompt, adequate examination and treatment. This position is for full-time night work and may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Required certifications must be completed within 60 days of employment, except TNCC, which must be completed within 18 months.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas nursing license.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC. Certifications must be completed within 60 days of employment, except TNCC, which must be completed within 18 months.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.

• Provide patient care activities and accommodative services for the Emergency Room Unit and its patients.
• Provide prompt, adequate examination and treatment to support the best possible patient care.
