About The Position
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in a wellness center. The ideal candidate is a versatile, client-focused professional with strong clinical expertise and a passion for customer service. This role involves delivering high-quality medical services and therapies, educating clients, and collaborating with the studio team to drive medical and business success. The RN will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio's overall growth. Restore Hyper Wellness is a leader in the Hyper Wellness® category, with over 200 studios nationwide, dedicated to helping people expand their potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license in the applicable state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
- Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.
- Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
- Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.
- Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.
- Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
- Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.
