About The Position

Monticello Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to residents. The role offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories, and to use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The position is available full-time or part-time, on second or third shift: 3 p.m.–11 p.m. or 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Full-time RNs are eligible for a $12,000 sign-on bonus, subject to terms and conditions; the bonus is prorated for part-time positions. The application must be submitted by October 31, 2026.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

• Support teamwork, collaboration, and positive interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Help create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Contribute to a respectful and positive work environment.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values when interacting with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
