About The Position
Life Enriching Communities is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in its senior living community at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The nurse delivers direct nursing care, implements individualized care plans, and helps maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents. The role includes full-time and part-time schedule options. Full-time hours are 6:00 AM–6:30 PM; part-time hours are 6:00 AM–6:30 PM every other weekend.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided.
- Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Supervise and assist care staff in providing activities of daily living (ADL) support.
- Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required.
