About The Position

This is a temporary, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity with a 36-hour workweek and a 13-week commitment, with the option to extend up to 26 weeks. The role offers the chance to pick up overtime and explore various shifts, providing flexibility and opportunities to maximize experience and earning potential. The assignment is for 3-6 months with a competitive rate of $55/hour, offering great pay and valuable experience in a short-term role. St Simons By-the-Sea is a 101-bed behavioral health hospital specializing in psychiatric care and addiction treatment for adults and adolescents. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services in a supportive and collaborative environment. The facility is located on St Simons Island, Georgia, offering a serene coastal setting that promotes privacy, comfort, and focus, and is within driving distance of Jacksonville, Florida, and Savannah, Georgia.

Requirements

Current license to practice nursing in State of Georgia (or eligible to receive or renew)
RN experience of 1+ year required
Previous mental health experience strongly preferred
Current CPR or BLS certification
