About The Position

The Registered RN is a professional caregiver and member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during a designated time frame and supervises and provides care using the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of acute care experience.
• Oncology experience required.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers).

Nice To Haves

• Certain specialties may require advanced certification, such as ACLS, NALS, or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies and procedures.
• Communicate openly with internal customers and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with staff, management, and physicians at all levels.
