About The Position

The role assesses patient needs, develops and updates individualized plans of care, evaluates progress toward expected outcomes, coordinates care, and advocates for patients and families. The nurse collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams, delegates appropriately, documents care, and provides compassionate, age-appropriate care in accordance with evidence-based standards and regulatory requirements.
