About The Position
Christian Health has an exciting opportunity for Full-Time Registered Nurses to join Heritage Manor. As a Registered Nurse working in the nursing home, you are responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health. The team at Heritage Manor Nursing Home seeks not only to meet physical needs but also to acknowledge and enhance each individual’s spiritual and emotional well-being. A full-time Medical Director coordinates a team, which includes On-Site Physicians, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Geriatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nursing Assistants, Dietitians, Physiatrists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists. Together, the team creates an individualized care plan for each resident.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance
