About The Position

The Registered Nurse at Stonebrooke Rehab Center provides nursing care that supports residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. Nurses contribute to a comforting, engaging atmosphere and work collaboratively with facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. The position is offered full-time, with day and night schedules and 8- and 12-hour shifts available.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Ability to collaborate and work toward shared goals with nursing and other facility teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
