Centerville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our daytime nursing team. Requirements
- Current Ohio RN License
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee quality nursing care for residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assess and monitor resident conditions
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support and guide nursing staff as needed
