About The Position

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel OR Registered Nurse for a 12-week assignment in a fast-paced perioperative/operating room setting in Harlingen, Texas. The role is in the Surgery/OR department and is a full-time day-shift position. The nurse will provide perioperative care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-anesthesia phases, supporting safe surgical outcomes as part of a surgical team.

The stated pay estimate is $48.00 to $60.00 per hour, equivalent to $384 to $480 in daily gross pay. The exact starting compensation will be determined when an applicant is selected and may depend on factors including skillset, applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure. The estimate is specific to Texas.

Requirements

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year of previous perioperative experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-anesthesia phases.
• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient status and support safe surgical outcomes.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams.
• Maintain sterile technique.
• Complete EMR documentation.
