About The Position
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home healthcare team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement. As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing services directly in patients’ homes, working closely with patients and their care teams to promote health, independence, safety, and quality of life. This role offers professional independence, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and meaningful one-on-one patient care. VRNS is clinician-owned and clinician-focused, understanding the needs of nurses and providing support through an experienced clinical and administrative team. Participation in the ABI Waiver Program helps provide consistent scheduling while maintaining flexibility.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Afternoon availability

Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing treatments and interventions
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions
- Educating patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatments, disease management, and safety
- Providing wound care and other skilled nursing services as appropriate
- Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation
