About The Position
Seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female patient in the comfort of her home. Requirements
- Current Washington State RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Nice To Haves
- Home health or geriatric care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Medication management and administration
- Monitoring vital signs and patient condition
- Skilled nursing assessments
- Coordination with physicians and family members
- Assistance with activities related to the patient's plan of care
