About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. The office is looking for individuals who believe clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Immediate overnight shifts are available for caring for both pediatric and adult clients throughout the Phoenix metro area. This role involves traditional shifts (4s, 8s, 10s, or 12s) with one-on-one client care, building client relationships, and observing milestones. The day-to-day involves traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, documenting observations, and performing skills with autonomy.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

• Trach experience preferred, but not required
