Registered Nurse

Vynca•Los Angeles, CA
•$48 - $52•Hybrid

About The Position

Vynca is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Clinical Care Delivery Team and support seriously ill patients through evidence-based care in a hybrid model combining in-person visits and telemedicine. The nurse serves as a key member of an interdisciplinary team and provides care across Los Angeles and other locations where Vynca operates. Candidates must reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory because of frequent travel. The role coordinates patient care, manages an assigned caseload, assesses and enrolls patients, develops and updates care plans, and provides care within the nurse’s scope of practice and provider orders. The nurse supports medication management, patient and caregiver education, care coordination, and referrals, while maintaining timely documentation and communication with providers, families, caregivers, and community agencies. The nurse may also cover patient care for other teams during normal working hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, with work both in the field and remotely. Flexibility for potential evenings and weekends is required. Occasional travel may be needed for job duties, training, or company events. Employees in patient-, client-, or customer-facing roles must be vaccinated against influenza; requests for religious or medical accommodations will be considered but may not always be approved. A background check, potentially including a drug test or other health screenings depending on the role, is required before employment. Identity and work eligibility are verified using E-Verify upon hire.
