About The Position
NHC is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their family-oriented team at West Meade Place. Requirements
- Tennessee RN Nursing license
- GNs and GPNs are hired
Responsibilities
- Maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
- Utilizing the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
- Exhibiting organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs.
- Integrating current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
- Practicing continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
