About The Position

Join our team providing skilled nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring in a collaborative telemetry environment. Work with an interdisciplinary team while utilizing strong assessment, clinical judgement, and evidence-based nursing practices. As an RN in our WOW Program (Work on Weekends), you will be unit based and required to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We offer an hourly rate of $45/hour plus a $4 night shift differential. This generous compensation package also includes paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Pre-Employment Requirements: We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Previous acute care or telemetry experience required.
Knowledge of nursing principles and evidence-based practice.
Ability to recognize and respond to changes in cardiac rhythms and patient condition.
Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
